The following are areas where the Foundation will be channeling resources in Northern California.
Dedicate an annual day of “FeedtheHungry” program for the homeless/refugees in Sacramento area in coordination with the local community organization(s).
Provide party supplies and water bottles for the “Iftar” and “sahur” feed of refugees and others at local Islamic organization(s) annually at the beginning of Ramadan.
Provide financial help to the “need-based” family toward burial expenses of their loved ones.
Provide financial help to the “need-based” family or individual who face financial hardship paying their medical bills for treatment of chronic medical condition.
Provide financial help to the “need-based” battered and/or abused women who lack any help from their family members.
Donate to civic and/or social organizations fighting to free an individual who is “wrongfully” convicted and/or whose civil rights have been violated.
Provide financial help to the “need-based” family or individual who face financial hardship from the death of a firefighter or a member of law enforcement in the line of duty.
Provide critical supplies such as blankets, sleeping beds, water bottles, food items etc. to local organizations involved in the rehabilitation of families struck by natural disasters such as: tornadoes, hurricanes, floods, fires, accidents etc.
Provide supplies and/or financial assistance to “need-based” local refugee families who arrived in the area recently.
Award grants to organizations that are conducting research and analysis in the areas of social, economic, medical and religious fields to understand and find solutions to socio-economic problems of the society.
